Where it all started

Our taste adventure began in the heart of a southern dong (district) of Seoul, where rich traditional flavour meets modern cuisine. Sizzling pans at the night market, fragrant spices and the energy of Seoul's everyday life: that's the magic we wanted to capture at Namdong. From tteokbokki at Gwangjang market to late night ramyun at one of many convenience stores - we've soaked up the soul of Korean cuisine, one bite at a time.

Our vision

Spice is the heartbeat of Korean food, but not everyone's taste buds can handle the heat. We observed a challenge for many in their love affair with Korean cuisine and knew we needed to take action. We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy the goodness of Korean cuisine, their way. Our journey led us to the sweet spot: all the best of authentic Korean flavors but with a spice level you can personalise as you like it.

Our Mission
